We’re seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to drive the planning, development, and execution of technology-driven projects that deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will oversee one or multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery while guiding cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Create project plans, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure value delivery
- Manage and track RAID logs across all workstreams
- Identify staffing needs and assemble project teams
- Apply project management methodologies and SDLC frameworks effectively
- Track milestones and provide clear, consistent status reporting to sponsors
🔹 Preferred Experience
- Strong knowledge of PM tools and methodologies
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical and business topics clearly
- Experience developing and distributing detailed project schedules
🎓 Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of IT Delivery Lead experience
- 2 years of leadership and project management experience
