Role: Healthcare compliance Analyst
Location: Downers Grove Illinois - Hybrid
Duration: 5 Months contract
Job Summary
The Business Analyst will support oversight and compliance activities related to ACA Marketplace brokers. The role ensures adherence to CMS regulations, internal policies, and contractual requirements while monitoring broker activity, identifying risks, and supporting audit and reporting processes. The candidate should be independent, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor broker activity including enrollments, switching patterns, and complaints
- Identify potential non-compliance, fraud, or unusual broker behavior
- Support compliance with CMS, ACA, and state DOI regulations
- Assist with audits by gathering documentation and evidence
- Analyze complaint and enrollment data to identify trends and risks
- Build reports and dashboards to track broker performance
- Support corrective actions such as warnings, retraining, or termination
- Collaborate with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Legal teams
- Improve monitoring processes and compliance controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proactive and willing to learn
Preferred
- Healthcare or insurance experience (ACA preferred)
- Spanish language skills
