Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead all equity and debt capital raising activities for new and existing investments.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for institutional investors, private equity firms, lenders, and family offices.
- Actively source new investors and cultivate relationships to expand the firm's capital base.
- Partner with acquisitions leadership to identify, structure, and close investment opportunities.
- Oversee preparation of compelling investor materials, including offering memoranda, presentations, and equity pitches alongside marketing team.
- Represent the firm in investor meetings, industry conferences, and capital partner negotiations.
- Supervise and mentor two Financial Analysts to support underwriting, modeling, and capital markets activities.
- Provide market intelligence on capital flows, investor sentiment, and emerging financing structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party consultants to lead due diligence and transaction closings.
- Strengthen the firm's brand as buyers with investors through transparency, performance communication, and relationship management.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
