Responsibilities
- Manage and process real estate transactions from opening to closing.
- Review title commitments, surveys, and other necessary documents.
- Order and follow up on payoffs, estoppels, and other required documentation.
- Prepare closing statements and ensure all figures are accurate.
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth closings.
- Maintain organized and complete transaction files.
- Previous experience as a Title Processor is essential.
- Familiar with Snapclose or Soft Pro
- Familiarity with title insurance principles and real estate closing procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
