Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for businesses and individual clients
- Assist clients with tax-related questions and planning support
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication
- Support financial statement preparation, compilations, and reviews
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and experienced CPAs
- Mentor and assist junior staff members as needed
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of client work
- 3-7 years of CPA firm tax experience preferred
- CPA preferred, but strong tax professionals without a CPA will also be considered
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Strong understanding of public accounting processes and client service
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Lacerte experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Must be willing to work onsite in Los Osos, CA

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
