What You'll Do
- Process and manage incoming orders from major oil company customers (via SAP systems)
- Identify product shortages and proactively source inventory (suppliers or internal locations)
- Coordinate transfers across our 5-location network
- Arrange freight, schedule shipments, and track deliveries end-to-end
- Communicate order status and replenishment updates directly with customers
- Monitor vessel schedules and align product availability to meet delivery windows
- Partner with Operations to ensure on-time, in-full delivery execution
- Own warehouse stock levels and recommend replenishment based on demand trends
- Investigate and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile variances
- Report inventory and operational data to customers
- No two days are the same - priorities shift quickly
- You are the point person responsible for making sure orders get fulfilled
- You will be solving problems in real time, not following a script
- High visibility with both internal teams and major customers.

- Bachelor's degree 2 years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
- OR
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a customer-facing or operations-heavy role
- Understanding of logistics, inventory, or just-in-time delivery
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
