Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute audits in accordance with GAAP and professional standards.
- Supervise, review, and mentor junior auditing staff.
- Analyze financial records, systems, and processes for compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver audit reports to clients with actionable insights.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to improve client financial operations.
- Manage multiple engagements and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Active CPA license required.
- Extensive auditing experience (public accounting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing procedures.
- Experience with accounting/tax software (ProSeries preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
