What You'll Own
Full pre-construction execution from concept to permit-ready (due diligence, utility capacity, site readiness)
Architectural/engineering plan coordination across multiple developments
Driving the entire permitting process end-to-end
Direct interface with municipalities, plan reviewers, engineers, and utilities
Reviewing all submittals from suppliers, subs, and GCs for strict compliance
Spotting and resolving issues before they delay projects
Mastering zoning, code, and permitting rules across jurisdictions
Delivering leadership accurate, decision-ready info

Plans clean, coordinated, and buildable pre-review
