We have an opening for an experienced litigator who can handle all aspects of litigation, complaints, motions, discovery, appearances etc. This position is can be from home if that is your preference. i
Candidates should be experienced litigators who have relevant experience with any or all of the following; real estate law, construction defect litigation, bankruptcy creditor work, corporate governance, construction/business contracts, ability to prepare Articles of Incorporation and By-laws, Board Resolutions, real estate documents, and Community Association Loan Packaging. Experience with homeowners associations, mixed-use developments, and CCRs is a plus.
Successful candidates should have at least 7 (greater experience welcome to apply) years of experience, specifically as a litigator and specifically full cycle of litigation, some trial experience, and possess the ability to work well with others and under pressure.
