- A minimum of 3 years of commercial / civil litigation experience, knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
- 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
- Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
- Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus
