About the Role
We are seeking a Panel Assembly Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for assembling electrical panels and enclosures, preparing wiring, supporting inventory management, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of work orders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and motivated to work in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble electrical panels and enclosures.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams (schematics).
Cut, strip, and terminate wires; run cables and wires within enclosures.
Perform cycle counts of electrical components and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain workspace cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Track tools, consumables, and inventory/non-inventory items.
Support workflow efficiency by processing daily work orders.
Load/unload materials using handling equipment as required.
Communicate effectively with team members and internal customers.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
Experience with electrical panel assembly strongly preferred.
Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with low-voltage power systems.
Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
Preferred Skills
ERP system experience (NetSuite or similar).
Knowledge of soldering techniques.
Background in oil and gas industry (a plus).
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and dedication to results.
Working Conditions
Extended standing/walking.
Steel-toed boots/shoes required.
