Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator - Heavy Civil - HCSS Heavy Bid
Qualifications
- Experience in cost estimation, project planning, and bid management skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in site development
