- Maintain and oversee accounting records across multiple business units
- Review and restructure existing books, including chart of accounts optimization
- Handle full-cycle month-end close activities
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Generate and analyze financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow summaries
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Improve processes and help implement scalable accounting practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience managing multiple entities and intercompany transactions is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience cleaning up or rebuilding accounting systems is highly preferred
Salary : $75,000 - $96,000
