Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B sales of IT hardware products to corporate clients, system integrators, resellers, and project-based partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client qualification, pricing, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Act as a subject-matter expert in one or more product categories, such as:
- Network products (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.)
- Servers and storage solutions
- Printers and barcode systems
- Components including RAM, disks, and related hardware
- Advise clients on product selection based on technical requirements, budget, and availability
- Stay current on market trends, pricing movements, and competitor offerings
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers through professional communication and reliable follow-up
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
