The Project / Buyer Coordinator will act as a central point of contact between buyers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contract through closing and post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and buyers throughout the construction process
- Utilize Buildertrend software for job tracking and construction management
- Ensure construction is completed in accordance with buyer selections and specifications
- Create and manage marketing materials, campaigns, sponsorships, and open house events
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and converting them into sales
- Assist buyers throughout the construction lifecycle, including:
- Home visits
- Inspections
- Appraisals
- Closing coordination
- Provide support to homeowners during the warranty period
- Maintain and manage material samples for buyer selections
- Stay informed on real estate market trends and best practices in Northwest Arkansas
- 3-5 years of experience in:
- Real estate sales within a construction company, and
- Home construction, property management, or interior design
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to work
- Knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas real estate market
- Experience in land development is a plus
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Marketing tools such as Canva
- Compensation: $60,000 (Base salary plus commission on sales)
- Employment Type: 1099 contractor role, with potential to transition to W2 in the future
