We are seeking a highly motivated, career-minded individual to join a growing trucking operation in Ghent, Kentucky as an Operations / Dispatch / Sales Trainee.
This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level opportunity to learn the fast-paced world of flatbed and steel hauling trucking.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Background
1-2 years of business experience strongly preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing, operations, logistics, or office-based environment is a plus

Initial Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from truck drivers in a professional manner and route calls appropriately
Learn and master the accurate data entry of customer loads
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch activities
Growth Responsibilities
As Training Progresses, Responsibilities Will Expand To Include
Scheduling and dispatching truck drivers
Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure safe, on-time delivery
Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues efficiently
Supporting day-to-day operational and customer service functions
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
On-site in Ghent, Kentucky

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
