Responsibilities
- Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and other modalities as applicable.
- Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant radiology reports to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Identify and communicate urgent or critical findings promptly to referring providers.
- Collaborate remotely with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to clarify findings and coordinate patient care.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with company'spolicies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities as required.
- Stay current with advances in radiology and diagnostic imaging best practices.
Education & Licensure
- Medical Degree from an accredited university
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical radiology experience preferred
- Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in a secure, HIPAA-compliant remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate home workstation
- Excellent diagnostic accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet turnaround time expectations while managing workload remotely
