Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Designers, and other industry professionals.
- Leverage existing industry connections to identify and secure new project opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, construction databases, referrals, trade events, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, bidding, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale follow-up.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations, product sampling, timelines, and project delivery.
- Track project progress and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout each phase.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and association meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within cabinetry, closets, vanities, millwork, or building materials industries.
- Existing network of General Contractors, Developers, Architects, or Design Firms is strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing full-cycle sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with project-based sales and construction-related environments preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
