We have partnered with an established law firm that is actively seeking to fill this Real Estate Paralegal position immediately. This is a key role supporting residential real estate closings and working closely with attorneys to ensure smooth, timely transactions and excellent client service.

- Support attorneys through all stages of residential real estate closings.
- Draft and prepare closing documents, including deeds, closing statements (HUD-1/CD), lien waivers, easements, and related agreements.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Track deadlines and manage a high-volume closing calendar.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate closings (residential focus preferred).
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with closing software and e-recording systems is a plus (training available).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- North Carolina Notary Public commission required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
