About the job:-
- We are looking for a driven and organized construction professional that can supplement the Owner Representative team as the Quality Director (Construction)
- This exciting program includes multiple construction and renovation projects over the next 5 years, with additional career prospects beyond that.
- The Quality Director has the opportunity to interact with QC Managers from various General Contractors and help see that they adhere to their quality plans, as well as requirements from project plans, specifications, and codes.
- This is a vital position for the Owner as it will help ensure that project quality is properly implemented while also avoiding rework and maintaining schedule.
- Inspector certifications are not necessary, but a solid understanding of large construction programs (particularly aviation), effective communication, a teamwork mentality, and managerial/organizational skills are required.
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
