Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Conduct detailed inspections at job sites to ensure installations meet quality standards and industry guidelines.
- Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or elevated areas to inspect completed work behind installers.
- Identify deficiencies and provide immediate, actionable feedback to installation teams.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, client expectations, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, including written reports, photos, and corrective actions taken.
- Track and analyze quality performance metrics; submit reports to management for review.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of quality control protocols.
- Provide on-site coaching and feedback to field staff to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve recurring quality issues and recommend preventive solutions.
- Act as a resource for best practices and industry standards.
- Frequently travel to job sites across North Carolina and South Carolina.
- Must be willing and able to stay overnight when required by project demands.
- Perform inspections in physically demanding environments, including attics and crawl spaces.
Experience
- 3 years in insulation installation, construction, or a similar field preferred.
- Prior experience in quality control or site inspections is highly valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with field teams and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications in quality control, OSHA safety, or construction management are a plus.
- Valid driver's license
- Must complete background and drug screen
- Flexibility to work variable hours as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and enter confined or elevated spaces.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and diverse jobsite environments.
- Willing to travel and stay overnight throughout NC and SC during the week when required
- Combination of indoor and outdoor job sites with varying conditions.
- Frequent travel required, with overnight stays depending on project schedules.
- Extended hours may be necessary during peak workloads.
