The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary clinical team to provide evaluations, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, and patient interviews
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Provide medication management, including prescribing psychotropic medications
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling when needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
- Active or eligible New York State NP license
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred
- Experience in substance use treatment is a plus
- Willingness to prescribe Suboxone
- Ability to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 annually
