Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications prior to pre-construction meetings.
- Lead and attend pre-construction and lumber supplier meetings to align stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and file sharing using Co-Construct and Google Drive.
- Assist in developing the initial project schedule and continuously update/customize it throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate daily job logs and progress records.
- Review and verify exterior door and window orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead on-site walkthroughs with clients, including electrical and interior trim reviews.
- Facilitate meetings with designers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee weekly bill analysis and confirm all delivered products meet quality and order requirements.
- Act as the on-site project leader from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction supervision or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with Co-Construct or similar project management software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Must hold a valid driver's license for travel to project sites.
