Project Manager who is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of architectural millwork projects, ensuring operational and financial targets are met. This role involves overseeing project phases from material orders to installation, maintaining timelines, and ensuring compliance with design specifications.

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of architectural commercial millwork projects.
- Coordinate Handoff Meeting with the Estimating Department at the start of every project.
- Manage specified submittals and samples related to project
- Manage all phases of the project including material orders, production work orders, delivery, and installation.
- Log and monitor all Change Order requests.
- Develop and manage critical project timelines and obtain customer approval.
- Review and approve all shop drawings
- Ensure compliance with all design and material specifications.
- Perform proper material takeoff and field measurement.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure installation is consistent with schedule.
- Ensure quality control of work on job site.
- Document and communicate significant events and change orders.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in architectural commercial millwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural blueprints and specifications.
- Relevant construction knowledge and field experience.
- Highly effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to document and retrieve critical information quickly.
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Develop and maintain job costs, project budget, and schedules.
- Strong time management skills and comfortable with a deadline-driven schedule.
- Team-oriented with proven leadership ability.
