Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate construction cost estimates
- Prepare and review bids, proposals, and contracts
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and resources
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Utilize construction management and scheduling software (ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar tools)
- Oversee site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist with contract negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Promote and enforce job-site safety policies
- Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project management
- Experience managing construction projects from bidding through completion
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction documentation
- Understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Familiarity with masonry or structural construction projects
- Experience using ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar platforms
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)
