What You'll Do
- Review work orders and translate them into shop-ready jobs
- Support CNC/router programming and job setup
- Coordinate materials, workflow, and production schedules
- Supervise and support a small production team
- Maintain strong safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and keep production running smoothly
- Experience in production or shop-floor supervision
- Basic CAD knowledge and CNC programming exposure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on leadership style with mechanical aptitude
- Experience with routing/scheduling production jobs
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
