Key Responsibilities
- Create and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and labels
- Maintain and update production and shipping data in internal systems
- Generate and share reports related to orders, inventory, and production activity
- Coordinate shipment schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Verify shipping details and ensure accuracy of all outgoing orders
- Track incoming materials and assist with tagging and documentation
- Review and validate freight or trucking invoices
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery requirements
- Support inventory tracking and material release planning
- Monitor supply levels for shipping materials and reorder as needed
- Record daily inspection and production-related information
- Promote safe work practices and address potential risks proactively
- Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of logistics, material movement, and production workflows
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with industrial sectors (e.g., metal, automotive) is an advantage but not essential
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
