Attorney seeking an experienced probate paralegal to handle a steady stream of probate cases. Many cases involve saving real estate, so knowledge of drafting motions and Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) would be beneficial.
Must have experience in probate and be able to handle a case from beginning to end.
Some civil litigation experience would be appreciated.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask.
Spanish-speaking skills would be a plus.
5 Years Of Experience Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36 hours per week
