- Manage probate and civil litigation cases (estate administration, will contests, trust disputes).
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research (Westlaw/LexisNexis).
- Appear at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy.
- Strong civil litigation background.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with discovery, depositions, and court procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
