What You'll Do
- Manage a personal lines book of business with precision and care
- Lead renewal conversations and proactively review coverage
- Handle endorsements, policy changes, and client service needs
- Communicate clearly with carriers and clients to solve problems quickly
- Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
- Protect retention through strong relationship management
- Support producers and contribute to office growth
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license required
- Coastal property and homeowners knowledge strongly preferred
- Confident communicator by phone, email, and in person
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
- Team-first mindset with pride in professional work
