This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Manager. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing personal insurance accounts for clients. This includes providing exceptional customer service, handling policy renewals and changes, processing new business applications, and assisting clients with claims management. This role is located in Quincy , MA, with flexibility for remote work (2 remote days per week)

Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A valid insurance license
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
