This role is ideal for an attorney with solid litigation experience who is comfortable managing cases independently and appearing in court.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases in court
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and pre-trial proceedings
• Take cases to trial when necessary
  
  

Case Management

• Manage cases from litigation stage through resolution
• Analyze case strategy and ensure timely progression
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Provide updates on case status and legal strategy
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Illinois Bar license (required)
• Admission to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois (required)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
