Role Overview
As a Personal Injury Paralegal _ Personal Injury
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providers, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or litigation
- Draft and review legal correspondence, letters, and motions to support case strategy
- Track treatment, request and organize records, bills, and reports
- Schedule appointments, maintain deadlines, and keep case files current and accurate
- Analyze case materials to identify key details and contribute to case development
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression
- 5 years of personal injury experience with a strong understanding of NJ/NY PI law, PIP, and liability claims
- Professionalism and compassion in client interactions and case management
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A growth mindset - driven to learn, improve, and advance professionally
