Experienced Columbia Machine Knowledge - Concrete Paver Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager (Day/Night Shift) to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in production processes.

Experience with Columbia Machinery, batching systems, color systems, electrical systems, trouble shooting skills, strong managerial skills.

Duties

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
• Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
• Utilize systems to track production metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Lead process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Oversee operations management including planning, organizing, and directing the fabrication process
• Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
• Supervise production management activities to meet quality standards
• Manage supply chain management activities to optimize inventory levels
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a plant management role
• Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of production management and supply chain processes
• Ability to fabricate effective solutions to operational challenges
• Proficiency in utilizing systems for data analysis and reporting
