Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Execution:

• Execute manufacturing processes according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality and adherence to production specifications.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct in-process quality checks to verify product conformity with established quality standards.
• Identify and report any deviations or issues in the manufacturing process to the supervisor.

Assembly and Inspection:

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies as per assembly instructions.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the assembled products.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any deviations from the standard process.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to address production issues and optimize processes.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.

• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to handle on the go changes and shift in directives.
