Skills Required
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications
- Prepare detailed millwork shop drawings, following company standards and expectations
- Program and prepare work orders for manufacturing
- Work closely with Project Managers, Administrative Staff, and Plant Manager, clearly laying out project requirements both verbally and in drawings
- Must have proficiency in AutoCAD and Microvellum with 5 years of experience
- Strong time-management, communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail expected
- Woodworking, cabinetry, or architectural millwork skills or prior experience a plus
