Medical Assistant - Aesthetics / Injectables
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation
- Pay: $23-$26/hour (flexible for strong candidates)
- Commission: 10% on skincare product sales
- Tue-Thu: Clinical assisting
- Mon & Fri: Front desk support
- Assist provider with Botox and dermal filler treatments
- Prepare and reconstitute injectable medications
- Provide patient preparation and aftercare instructions
- Maintain treatment rooms and clinical workflow
- Perform blood draws and support aesthetic procedures
- Document patient information in EMR
- Provide front desk support when provider is not in clinic
- Maintain supplies and assist with clinic operations
- Approximately 8-12 patients per day
- Support primarily 1 provider
- Cross-training to assist additional providers as needed
- 2 years experience in, Medical aesthetics/ Plastic surgery/ Dermatology /Med spa
- (OR) 1 year full-time experience supporting a provider performing injectable treatments
- Injectable preparation (required)
- Knowledge of facial anatomy
- Strong patient communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Certifications may be completed within 60 days of employment for strong candidates.
