Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- 6 years of strong, hands-on SolidWorks experience (required)
- Expertise in 3D modeling, assemblies, detailed drawings, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Experience with DFM/DFA, materials selection, and manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, injection molding, die casting, and machining
- Knowledge of thermal and structural analysis (CFD/FEA) tools is a plus
- Familiarity with product testing, validation, and engineering documentation
- Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards is preferred
- Design and develop mechanical components, enclosures, and assemblies
- Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product performance and manufacturability
- Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and product validation activities
- Drive design improvements through analysis, testing, and engineering best practices
