Qualifications
- THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION, NOT REMOTE
- 10 years of experience in multimedia, digital, and consumer marketing
- 5 years of people management experience
- Proven success managing large budgets and performance-driven campaigns
- Strong communication, writing, and project management skills
- Knowledge of current digital and social media trends
- Ability to foster team collaboration and encourage individual successes.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive lead generation
- Track performance from inbound leads through ROI reporting
- Assist content strategy and production across print and broadcast media
- Oversee digital advertising, email marketing, website content, social media
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
- Working closely with digital partners, research and implement new digital marketing tools and trends
- Support Event, Neighborhood, and Community Marketing initiatives
- Assist the Marketing Director in coaching, and developing Non-Traditional Managers and their teams
- Manage special marketing projects as assigned
- This is an in person position located in Chesapeake VA
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- $80,000 annual salary performance-based bonus
