Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer and Partnership Acquisition (Primary Objective)
- Implement lead funnels such as webinars, landing pages, lead magnets, email automations, and targeted outreach.
- Use SEO, paid ads, and CRM tools to convert traffic into high-quality leads and leads into clients.
- Track lead performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Find ways to utilize one of our clients' stock plan collection to attract more customers, and sell more stock plans and modifications to a wider audience.
- Continue to expand affiliate, commission, and referral partnerships so services can be offered to larger audiences and target markets.
- At times, market and gain market share in specific cities that offer strategic opportunities.
- Identify clear digital marketing strategies that have consistent ROI.
- Manage, update, and enhance one of our clients' website(s), white-label sites, and online presence (SEO and GEO optimization, landing pages, analytics, CRO).
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Oversee CRM utilization for automations, follow-ups, segmentation, and reporting.
- Find ways to generate visibility and drive customer acquisition through free and low-cost channels.
- Plan, produce, and publish engaging social media content (short-form video, stories, posts, reels).
- Capture video and photography of homes, partner builds, designers, and projects in progress.
- Tell compelling stories showcasing the ecosystem (builders, interiors, groundworks, short-term rentals, etc.).
- Engage social media and online communities related to target clients and builders to drive inbound opportunities.
- Support lumberyard, builder, and realtor partnerships with co-branded content and campaigns.
- Produce referral tools, co-marketing assets, promotional videos, case studies, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships that fuel shared inbound referrals.
- Bring new ideas, test creative strategies, experiment with growth tactics, and find scalable opportunities.
- Develop brand assets, sales decks, marketing collateral, and messaging across platforms.
- Help shape the voice, presence, and reputation of one of our clients as a nationwide leader.
