- Client is looking for a Marine Construction Project Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on, on-site environment.
- While you will be out in the field every day, overseeing marine construction projects from start to finish, responsibilities will also include some desk work such as material ordering, record
- keeping, daily logs, budgeting, and close collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- If you enjoy working outdoors, leading teams, and solving challenges on the water, this is the job for you.
- Lead on-site marine construction operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Work directly with crew members, subcontractors, and engineers to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Oversee and actively operate heavy equipment, barges, and marine construction techniques as needed.
- Ensure all work meets safety and environmental regulations-safety is our top priority.
- Problem-solve on the spot, adapting to changing site conditions and project demands.
- Communicate daily with team members, providing clear direction and leadership.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in marine construction.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction practices, including pile driving, dredging, and dock building.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in the field.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
