Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, replacement and all other means to keep machinery and building in good working order.

- Maintain a documented preventative maintenance program.
- Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues regarding molding equipment that would prevent optimal performance of said equipment.
- Maintain building and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural aspects.
- Communicate with equipment suppliers to assist in performing job tasks, troubleshooting issues/repairs, and purchasing parts.
- Communicate with production team.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge and application of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal direction.
- Capable of learning and working with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and our ERP system.
- Experience with injection molding equipment including but not limited to, automation, robots, and vision systems.
- Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working overtime as required.
- Capable of working with and training others as needed.
- Must possess a strong commitment to the Company and to the production of quality product.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Able to safely operate forklifts.
- Able to safely operate power tools.
- Able to accurately use measuring equipment as needed.
