Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers (Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers) with clinical and procedural duties
- Support specialty procedures, including preparation of treatment materials and assisting during procedures
- Administer medications and perform injections as directed
- Perform blood draws and other routine clinical tasks
- Monitor patient status and provide post-procedure care and education
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and maintain professional communication with patients and team members
- Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations
Required
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited program
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain patient safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in outpatient clinic, dermatology, surgical, or procedural settings
- Experience with injections, medication administration, or patient preparation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in team-based healthcare settings
