We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation and shipping operations. This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of LTL shipping and experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and print shipping documents including labels, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Perform quality checks on outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Route shipments using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to internal teams
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to share shipment details
- Manage and resolve freight claims efficiently
- Review and address carrier invoice discrepancies
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation
- Proficiency with ERP systems, TMS, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
