Litigation Attorney

We've partnered with a well-established California-based law firm to assist in hiring a Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional legal services across a variety of practice areas. This is a full-time position offering a hybrid remote schedule based on experience. The firm is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense
• Skilled in attending court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Experience with taking and defending depositions
• Proficient in drafting discovery and contractual agreements
• Strong ability to draft and respond to law and motion matters
• Excellent legal writing and verbal communication skills
• Trial experience is a plus
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
