Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal research, and briefs across foreclosure, landlord-tenant, and real estate litigation matters.
- Develop and execute legal strategies while providing direct client advisement throughout the litigation process.
- Represent clients in court, attend hearings, and travel locally for appearances as required.
- Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring all deadlines, filings, and court requirements are met.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case handling.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York (active and in good standing).
- 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred; experience in foreclosure or landlord-tenant law is a strong plus.
