Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal research, and briefs
- Develop legal strategies and advise clients directly
- Represent clients in court and conduct local travel for appearances as needed
- Manage cases efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
- 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred (foreclosure or landlord-tenant law a plus)
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Reliable transportation for local court travel
