🧑⚖️ What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload independently from intake through trial
- Handle pre-trial discovery, including written discovery and document review
- Conduct fact and expert depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Perform case evaluations and strategy development
- Provide client reporting and communication
- Serve as trial counsel when appropriate
- Personal Injury
- Auto Liability / Accidents
- Insurance Coverage & Defense
- 3 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license required
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable managing cases and making strategic decisions
