What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at W3Global?
We are seeking a full time associate, admitted to the NJ bar, with 1-4 years Personal Injury experience. Trial experience is a plus. Our office presents a friendly and congenial work environment. We have a support staff of 10 employees including legal assistants and paralegals with considerable experience. Our office is equipped with cutting edge computer, phone and case management technology.
This position presents an opportunity to learn and be trained in the area of Personal Injury litigation. Our associates handle and manage their own caseload, with guidance, and have immediate client contact and court experience. Responsibilities will include handling negotiations, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, calendar calls and trial experience.
