Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on litigation experience and strong legal writing and research skills.

- Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
- Assist with case strategy and litigation support
- Participate in hearings and other litigation proceedings as needed
- 3-8 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and legal research skills
- Experience handling active litigation matters
- Must be local to the Fort Worth area
- Willing and able to work in the office full-time initially
- In-office 5 days per week for the first few months; minimum 3 days per week in office thereafter
