Key Responsibilities
- Assist with case intake, organization, and file management
- Draft basic correspondence and assist with discovery preparation
- Organize and summarize medical records and other case documents
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and medical providers
- Support trial preparation under attorney supervision
- 0-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal (personal injury experience preferred but not required)
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant coursework is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
